Mark MacDonald comes to SphereMD with a varied background in Customer Service, Technology Support for Medical facilities, and Music Education. In his role in the Claims department, Mark has built upon his knowledge of the US Healthcare system with newfound knowledge of the Maritime world. Born in southeast Philadelphia, but raised in New Jersey, Texas, and Oregon he spends most of his days playing music, drawing, and creating multimedia.
